Let Us Tell Your Story!
Founder, Executive Producer

Grant Morris

What hasn't been said about Grant Morris that hasn't already been said about Aristotle or Socrates. He's wicked deep. A native Louisianian, he's wrestled alligators in the swamps, adventured in the High Sierras of California, filmed with The Westboro Baptist Church, photographed wildfires and numerous presidents. Yes, Grant has lived a charmed life. Today, he is one of the founders of New Sky Productions where he has enjoyed year after year of annual growth and accolades such as being one of The Nashua Telegraph's 20 Emerging Business Leaders in 2014, The New Hampshire Union Leaders' 40 Under 40 and lead New Sky to being a finalist for Small Business of the year in the Greater Nashua of Commerce Eminence Awards. Grant loves spending time with his wife Caitlyn and their colossal yellow lab, Rufus in the great outdoors of New Hampshire. Tell Grant 'Hi' and ask him to tell you a joke.

Founder, Executive Producer

John Waskey

John made his first movie when he was seven. The production included his sisters doll house, a spooky sounds cassette and tinsel glued to a chopstick to create what he thought looked like rain…. Fortunately for all of us, things have improved since then. Based out of Portland Oregon, John continues his love for the camera through social documentary and brand storytelling. In his downtime he can be found spending time with family, reading in front of the wood stove, lost in the NW mountains or sharpening his piloting skills. John has a love for far off places and brings a soft, poetic style to the New Sky brand. He has a passion for aerial cinematography and maintains New Sky’s fleet of camera drones.

Senior Producer

Matthew Williams

Over the past six years Matthew has made the mountains and waterways of the Pacific Northwest his professional and personal playground, drawing inspiration from the jagged peaks, winding rivers, and mossy forests surrounding his home base of Seattle. Trained as a still photographer, Matthew brings his eye for composition and storytelling moments to his video productions. Over the past 8 years working in the visual arts, Matthew has produced award winning photography and video work for countless publications and corporate clients on both a local and national level.

Senior Production Manager

Meghan Desrosiers

A pure-bred New Englander, Meghan is a force of brilliance that keeps us all on our toes. Driven by creative passion and ruled by organized precision, she chose to go into the video production field, receiving her degree from Emerson College in Boston. Her unconditional love for that dirty water kept her on the East Coast while most ventured out West, and the Universe brought her on a journey that ultimately lead her to New Sky Productions. Her vision and methodology for efficiency is a unique skill that suits her perfectly for the role of Senior Production Manager. In the office, we call her Megatron, but at home, she answers to Mom, making her a perfect fit for our mission to bring stories and creativity to life, and our passion to make the world a better place.

The Company

New Sky Productions is a production company that focuses on telling stories through hand-crafted video and multimedia projects for businesses and non-profit organizations. Through sincere storytelling and award-winning cinematography, we connect you with your audience on a personal level and share your passion with the people you serve. We tell stories from coast to coast and all over the world. We tell stories that help people succeed.

Our History

New Sky Productions was founded in 2009 by Grant Morris and John Waskey while working on a documentary project in Southeastern Louisiana.  Our mission: To create films that would serve mankind and bring attention to issues the world over. We wanted to change the world. Today, we create videos with the same passion and drive that we did in 2009. We do it by  utilizing the unique storytelling tools that we possess. Without our personalities, beliefs and passions, this company wouldn’t exist.
